| After the Memorial Union Director’s Office Staff reviews your request, you will receive an email confirmation with the room that has been reserved and any additional instructions. |
- For your convenience, you can view our Room Schedule for room availability.
- Before requesting a room, please view our Room Reservations sections to become familiar with our services.
- The Office of Student Records and Registration is responsible for academic scheduling such as for exams, review sessions, class meetings, and thesis defenses. Rooms can be requested at http://www.admin.mtu.edu/em/services/classroom/.
- For requests placed less than 72 hours before the event date or for events that require extensive setup, please call (906) 487-2543. Short notice requests cannot be placed online.
- Please submit a separate request for each event.
- If you need to make any changes after you have submitted your request, please contact the Director’s Office by phone at (906) 487-2543 or e-mail us at reservations-l@mtu.edu.
- Because events can sometimes be quite complex, our staff may be contacting you to clarify room setups, number of attendees, and other specific details of your event.
