closed, additional fees will be charged based on the additional labor charges incurred. |

University Functions |
| No room fee, audio-visual rentals, or minor set-up charges will be billed to registered student groups for use of Memorial Union meeting rooms including the Isle Royale Ballroom and the Keweenaw Commons unless: |
- Revenues are being generated from the event (excluding fund-raising activities).
- The registered student group is coordinating the event for another organization where tuition, registration, or other fees are being charged.

Conference Services |
| In addition to catering services, the Memorial Union can offer the following amenities to enhance your conference activities: |
Conference Package Includes tablecloths for conference tables, skirting for registration, head and display tables, ice water service, notepads and pencils upon arrival, and mints/candy on seating tables. |
